Service Description
Our Kids Yoga Membership gives your child access to our weekly children’s yoga class designed to build confidence, coordination, emotional regulation, and a lifelong love of movement. Classes blend mindful breathing, playful poses, storytelling, and age‑appropriate relaxation techniques in a safe, encouraging environment. No prior yoga experience is needed. Parent Notes Children should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Props are provided. Please bring a mat. Parents may wait in the back lobby or drop off and return at pickup time.
